Usage Report

Review usage across test sessions, Test Management, validations, and Appium script downloads over a selected date range.

Availability

The Usage Report is available to organization ADMINs.

Open the report

Select Analytics Reports, then Usage Report.

Use the report

Select a date range to review component usage during that period.

To export the report, select Export > Export report, then download it as CSV or PNG. Select Bookmark to save the report for later.

The Last synced indicator shows when the report data was last refreshed.

Understand the report

The report shows usage grouped into tiles and tables by category. Measurements vary by category, including session counts and minutes, validation findings and affected screens, FlexCorrect corrections, and Appium script downloads.

Categories appear in this order:

  • Manual Sessions, Automation Sessions, Mixed Sessions: manual, automation, and mixed test sessions, each with session count and total minutes.

  • Test Cases, Test Suites, Test Runs, Revisit Executions: Test Cases, Test Suites, Test Runs, and revisit sessions executed as part of a Test Run.

  • Accessibility Validation: accessibility findings and the screens where they appear, broken down into Touch Target Size, Color Contrast, and Content Labeling.

  • Crash Validation: crash findings detected by automatic validations.

  • Response Time Validation: response time findings and the screens where they appear.

  • FlexCorrect: flexCorrect corrections applied during an automation session.

  • Appium Script Downloads: Appium scripts exported from a Test Case, broken down by language and framework: Java - JUnit, Java - TestNG, NodeJS - Mocha, C# - NUnit, Python - pytest.
