When an iOS device is connected to Kobiton, push notifications sent to the device may not appear on screen. iOS controls this through a Notifications setting for the Screen Sharing feature, which is off by default. This affects iOS 15 and later. To display push notifications during a manual session, enable Notifications for Screen Sharing on the device: Open Settings. Select Notifications. Select Screen Sharing. Turn on Allow Notifications then tap Back. Confirm Notifications On is now the value of Screen Sharing.
