Enable Jira Cloud integration

Learn how to enable Jira Cloud so everyone in your organization can create Jira tickets directly from their Session Explorer.

Before you start

  • A Jira Cloud account is required.

  • Your Kobiton subscription must include Jira integration.

Create Jira API token

Follow the official guide for creating a Jira API token.

Copy and save the generated token to a secure location.

Connect your account

Log into the Kobiton Portal.

Select your profile name or picture, then choose Settings.

Select Integration. Under Issue Tracking, locate the Jira integration and select Connect Account.

Select the Jira Cloud tab. Enter your Jira Host URL, email, and the API Token you created earlier, then select Connect to finish. Now users in your organization can create Jira tickets directly from the Session Explorer.
