System Latency report Review network latency between system components across test sessions over a selected date range. Separate tabs organize the results By Connection and By Location. Availability The System Latency report is available to organization ADMINs. Open the report Select Analytics Reports, then System Latency. Use the report Select a date range to review latency during that period. To narrow the results, use the Connection Type, Location, or deviceShare dropdowns, or the Search field. To export the report, select Export > Export report, then download it as CSV or PNG. Select Bookmark to save the report for later. The Last synced indicator shows when the report data was last refreshed. Understand the report Latency is measured in milliseconds for each connection path: Browser to Device, Browser to Server, Server to deviceShare, deviceShare to Device, and Device to Browser. Every table reports Average, Minimum, Maximum, and Median. Connection Summary Latency per connection, aggregated across all sessions in the date range. A Total row rolls up all connections. Connection Location Summary Latency per connection, broken down by location. Connection deviceShare Summary Latency per connection, broken down by deviceShare host and location. Connection Details Per-session latency rows showing Session ID, Username, Device UDID, deviceShare, Location, and Connection.
