Manage your subscription

Manage your subscription from Account > Subscription. You can choose or change a plan, review subscription usage, cancel your subscription, and update billing information.

Access to subscription management depends on your account permissions. Org Owners have access by default. ADMINs require additional permissions. See User roles and permissions.

Choose or change a plan

Select your profile picture, then select Account > Subscription.
Under My Plan, select Switch Plans.
Select Monthly Plans or Annual Plans.
Select a plan.
Enter your billing details to complete the purchase.

For Enterprise plans, select Contact Us to contact Kobiton.

Cancel your subscription

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect when that period ends.

Select your profile picture, then select Account > Subscription.
Under My Plan, select Overview.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Select Yes, cancel my subscription to confirm.

After cancellation, you can purchase a new plan from My Plan.

Billing information

Select your profile picture, then select Account > Subscription.
Select Billing Information.
Update your billing details and save your changes.
