Sign in to Kobiton

Sign in to Kobiton Portal using your email address, username, or a linked Google or GitHub account. Available sign-in methods depend on your deployment type.

Sign-in methods

Cloud deployments support the following sign-in methods:

  • Email address or username with your Kobiton password

  • Google account

  • GitHub account

Standalone deployments support:

  • Email address or username with your Kobiton password

Google and GitHub sign-in are not available for Standalone deployments.

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), refer to About Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication for SSO-specific sign-in instructions.

Sign in with email or username

  1. Open the Kobiton Portal sign-in page.

  2. In the Email or Username field, enter your email address or Kobiton username. Your username is configured in your profile.

  3. Enter your password.

  4. Select Continue.

Cloud and Standalone deployments both support email address or username sign-in.

Sign in with Google or GitHub

Google and GitHub sign-in are available for Cloud deployments only.

  1. Open the Cloud Portal sign-in page.

  2. Select Log in with Google or Log in with GitHub.

  3. Complete the provider sign-in and consent flow.

If the Google or GitHub email address is not associated with an existing Kobiton account, Kobiton creates a new account and organization automatically. The username is generated from the email address used during registration.

If you already have a Kobiton account, you can link your Google or GitHub account during sign-in.

If your account belongs to multiple organizations, you are prompted to select an organization after signing in.

The first time you link a Google or GitHub account, Kobiton imports your first name, last name, and profile picture from the provider. You can update these values later in your profile.

Google and GitHub accounts cannot be linked to Standalone accounts.

Reset your password

Password reset is available for Cloud Portal accounts.

  1. On the Cloud Portal sign-in page, select Forgot Password?.

  2. Enter your email address or username.

  3. Open the reset link sent to the email address associated with your account.

  4. Choose a new password.

Standalone Portal does not support email-based password reset. If you cannot sign in to Standalone Portal, contact your organization administrator.
