Manage users Learn how to manage your users so you can assign a role, add a user to a team, view user history, and more. View a user In Kobiton, select Org Management, then select Users. Search for a user, then select their Username. Manage a user Enable SSO authentication Single-Sign On (SSO) authentication must be configured for your organization first. Select Details, then Enable SSO to enable SSO for this user. When you’re finished, select Save. Disable the user In Details, select Disable to deactivate the user but keep them in your system. When you’re finished, select Save. Remove the user In Details, select Remove to completely remove the user from your system. When you’re finished, select Save. Assign a role In Roles, use the search bar to find a role you previously created. Select the plus icon next to the role. When you’re finished, select Save. Remove a role In Roles, select the minus icon next to the role you want to remove. For more information, see User roles and permissions All users must be assigned to at least one role. When you’re finished, select Save. Add to a team In Teams, use the search bar to find a team you previously created. Select the plus icon next to the team. When you’re finished, select Save. Remove from a team In Teams, select the minus icon next to the team you want to remove the user from. All users must be assigned to at least one team. When you’re finished, select Save. View user history In User History, you can view the user’s history report.
