In the Kobiton Azure DevOps Extension, We provide two service endpoint. There are called Kobiton Executior Server Credentials and Kobiton API Credentials.
Kobiton Executor Server Credentials¶
You need to have an Executor Server. This server acts as an environment to execute your test scripts. For the credentials on the Kobiton Executor Service, please contact us then we will provide a Username, Password and Server URL.
Before continuing, make sure you have Username and Password to access Kobiton Executor Server.
Kobiton API Credentials¶
You will need your Kobiton Username and Password (API Key) to interact with Kobiton REST API using our Azure DevOps plugin.
To get your Kobiton Username and API Key, please follow instructions at IV. Configure Test Script for Kobiton section on our blog.
Git repository contains your automation test script + SSH Key¶
- In order to execute your test script in Kobiton Azure Devops extension, you will have to prepare your automation test project in a Git-based repository.
- For your security, we highly recommend you setting your Git repository to Private and prepare an SSH key for it.
- If you do not know how to authenticate the key with Git, please follow the guide from Github create SSH key instruction and Github adding the key to account instruction.
