Paid Subscription

As a paid subscription, you are able to access 300+ real iOS and Android devices along with all supported features from Kobiton.

Upgrade a Subscription

You can upgrade your current paid subscription for higher benefits subscription.

  • Step 1: Access the "Subscription" section then click "Modify Plan" button

  • Step 2: Select your preferred paid subscription

Upgrade from monthly to annual subscription

  • Step 1: Access the "Subscription" section then click "Modify Plan" button

  • Step 2: Select a toggle to change from monthly to monthly subscriptions

Note

You will not allow to downgrade from anual to monthly subscription.

Reactive a Cancelled Subscription

You will be also provided an option to reactive your cancelled subscription.

Cancel a Subscription

If you find your current paid subscription is no longer matching with your business, you will have an option to cancel your subscription. Cancellation does not remove your Kobiton account and you can reactivate anytime.

  • Access the "Subscription" section then click "Cancel Subscription" button

Note

Although a subscription is cancelled, you can continue to use your subscription until the next billing cycle.
